Not many people will push strollers up snow-covered sidewalks to see every open house in the neighborhood (already, attendance has been steadily declining for the last few weeks). So if you’re the brave soul who is venturing out, there’s sure to be less buyer competition. And while well-priced properties might still go into bidding wars, you’ll likely only be up against one other buyer.
